Locked Concept's second drop of 2023 sees a return of Tellus to our Horizons release series.

The Horizons series looks to move away from the label's drum and bass roots, with the Loops EP as no exception. The four tracks range between 130 - 140 bpm and draw influence from across the spectrum of electronic music while still maintaining a signature Tellus sound.

It's not entirely fair to give Tellus full credit on this EP, as each track was started during a music production class at the high school he teaches at. Whether it was suggestions on which samples to use, recommendations on certain songs to draw influence from, input on the cover art, or simply the patience to sit through a tutorial on some component of producing, numerous high school students have had some form of influence or input on the creation of this four track EP.
